This is a system that is used on Mayonaka Gakuen and I've decided to bring it to Astrea Academy to help out our wonderful admins, Kuri and Suki.
As you can see, at the top of the page is our little welcome box. Within it, there is a thing in bold that says 'Current Month'. That will change as each month in real life changes. There will be events that happen on certain dates in the rp. We start rping in March 2007 for the rp, December 2007 in real life. Here is the conversion chart.
December - March
January - April
February - May
March - June
April - July
May - August
June - September
July - October
August - November
September - December
October - January
November - February
Now, for your threads, when starting a new thread, in your title, you must have the rp's date of what day it is. This helps with the weather, calendar events, and news reports, which will be placed on the Bulliten Board.
Example:
Hope Not Lost (Open)(March 26, 2007)
That is the title you'll have. Now, it doesn't matter what day you put up. As long as it is the rp month, you can put up any day in that month. Now, if you have a character in a thread that takes place on the 12th, for example, and you want to join or start another rp that takes place on the 12th, you will have to finish the previous thread since your player can obviously not be in two places at once.
